Hey everyone, Alex here! I hope y'all are having a good start to the holiday season. I appreciate all the folks who are patiently waiting for their orders to ship out, y’all mean a lot to me.

Our move took a lot more out of me than expected and I’ve been having a hard time getting back on my feet ever since. I have been having an incredibly hard time keeping up with personal and business bills and being able to afford reordering materials to make more inventory and finish up my customs queue. I’ll be real with y’all, my husband and I have barely been keeping afloat since we moved. This shop is nearly all of our income. While my husband does work close to fulltime his paychecks almost entirely go toward our health insurance and medical care. I wish I could take a small break, but that’s out of the question. Currently the shop in its entirety is only being run by one person, me (Alex).

This cocktail of limited finances, help and terrible mental health have gotten me very behind on orders. I know the shipping times are ridiculous. I’m beyond frustrated with myself for letting them get as bad as they have. For transparency, currently no orders have been shipped since Oct 3rd, so orders past then are still with us. I promise I’m working diligently to get orders processed. The weight of how disappointing my ability to keep up with the shop lately is crushing. I can only imagine how disappointing it is for y’all, and I’m so sorry I dropped the ball so badly.

That all said, we were recently able to secure funding through a family member (shout out to my mom, she’s a life saver <3) to order a good amount of silicone again to get us caught back up. I will be doing my best to get all outstanding orders shipped before the end of the year in batches.

TL;DR I’m really trying my best to get back on top of things. I appreciate all of y’all for helping me keep going and being patient with me now. I WILL be better.
